New edition online course Clinical Development – 7 September 2020

New edition online course Clinical Development – 7 September 2020

On September 7, a new edition of the international online course Clinical Development will start. During this course, you will learn to apply the Question-Based Clinical Development (QBCD) approach which was described in Nature Biotechnology Jan. 2020. Using this methodology, the most efficient development program for new medical interventions (e.g., medicinal products, vaccines, ATMPs, medical devices, medicinal food) can be determined, combining financial and scientific considerations. This learning-by-doing online course runs in a time and place independent fashion and can be done as a stand-alone course or as the first part of a blended course program.

The course is designed for graduated translational and clinical researchers with several years of working experience and brings together biomedical professionals from industry, academia, and regulatory agencies. Scholarships are available for researchers working in the Dutch UMCs, universities or NKI/AVL.
