#ScienceForUkraine is a community group of volunteer students and research scientists from academic institutions in Europe and around the world, who created a large international database of scientifically oriented jobs, studies and opportunities for Ukrainian scientists. It is currently the largest database in the world. There are no generic calls, only specific opportunities for Ukraine. On the ScienceForUkraine website, a wide range of paid academic positions for scientists, academic transfer opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students, as well as temporary housing can be found.
As mentioned in our previous post on the war in Ukraine, the NVKFB is willing to help Ukrainian pharmacologists and students to find new (temporary) places in the Netherlands, which matches the mission of the ScienceForUkraine initiative. Institutions and/or departments associated with our society that can provide support (i.e. fellowships/scholarships, research visits, access to library and/or lab facilities) can register themselves through the registration page on the ScienceForUkraine platform. More information can be found on this page, as well.
